Minor details, but:

* When you click on an item, perhaps the answer should be indented a bit under the question (including the "A" bullet). Although a clever design, I found myself confused as to whether or not the question above the answer was the one I'd just expanded or a different one.

* The second to last question, "Do you offer any other discounts?", should come after "Can I use Metrics at our University", especially since you mention the educational discount in the former that isn't discussed until the latter.
